9. Exploring a New Aspect of the Human Design System
In this episode of the High Vibe Heather podcast I explore an aspect of the Human Design system that is new to me, the Primary Health System or PHS. PHS is the part of your design that includes the Variables and is outlined by the 4 different arrows in your chart.
The Variables guide you to the true nature of your awareness, how you are designed to absorb, process, and learn information which leads to how your perspectives are shaped. I am starting my exploration with the Variables on the left side of the chart, the arrows that correspond to the unconscious part of your Human Design, AKA, your body.
The top left arrow pertains to digestion. How you are meant to digest your food in order to optimize the absorption of nutrients. In exploring my own chart, I found out some very surprising information that I'm excited to experiment with in the coming months as I move out on my own and have the space to tailor things to my own preferences.
The bottom left arrow pertains to environments, meaning the best type of space for you as an individual to sleep and work in. Adjusting your circumstances to meet the specific needs of your body, or as Human Design would call it, your vehicle, is meant to create a greater sense of ease in your life through speeding up the de-conditioning process. It also has the potential to bring dormant gifts online as your mind becomes more calibrated.
I look forward to working with these new aspects and integrating them into my life to see what the results are. It will require that I shift up my entire schedule and routine, which will no doubt be a big adjustment, but as with any experiment, will be necessary in order to see results.
