26. Enneagram Energetics with Jen P. Higgins

As a Human Design guide, I've shied away from the Enneagram. I didn't feel like I had room to learn a whole new system and didn't understand what it even showed you about yourself. But it just kept coming up in my world and I would have people asking me, what's your Enneagram?

After resisting it for years, I was on a long drive with a friend who insisted on finding my type. She proceeded to read through all 9 types until one of them resonated with me. After hearing the descriptions, I had a much better understanding of what the Enneagram was all about.

When I met an Enneagram practitioner, I thought it would be a great opportunity to dig into the system and learn more about how it compares to Human Design. Jen P. Higgins, Enneagram & NLP practitioner, shares how to use your Enneagram as a self discovery and communication tool to help you heal through setting healthy boundaries.

In this episode, Jen describes each of the 9 Enneagram types and specifically how they show the signs of stress. These signs give you clues that you've overextended yourself and are in need of setting boundaries.
