We talk about the fact that there are so many ways to meditate that you are sure to find a practice that resonates with you. 

Both Heather & Keri share their personal journey of developing a meditation practice and how it has impacted their lives and why we think it ought to be a requirement for anyone who has a brain.

Heather admits to her fear of not doing it right and the fact that she has purchased courses to teach her specific forms of meditation and Keri reassures her that you can't do it wrong.
